What it does
- Quote fast. Pull line items from your own price book and send a link. Whoever quotes first usually wins the job.
- Take a deposit. Your customer accepts in a browser (no app, no account) and pays a deposit that confirms the job.
- Run the day. Today's stops, a timer that logs real hours, before and after photos.
- Get paid. Finishing a job raises the invoice, minus the deposit already paid. Send a payment link and watch it clear.
- Chase for you. Quote follow-ups, booking confirmations, day-before reminders, invoice chases and rebook nudges go out on their own.
Money goes straight to you
Card payments run through Stripe, into your own Stripe account. bookrun never holds your money, never takes a cut of what you charge, and never sees a card number. You're the merchant of record for your own work (because you are).
We charge a flat subscription. That's the whole business model, on purpose: a percentage of your takings would mean we make more when you charge more, which isn't a relationship worth having.
